Fertility Massage is a non-invasive massage technique that promotes general wellbeing focusing on abdominal work, reflexology and castor oil therapy. Fertility Massage is for MOST women or men struggling with infertility and can be used as a complimentary treatment to IVF, IUI, Acupuncture, etc.
This specific massage technique can also help women struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, scar tissue from Cesarean Section, as well as other medical conditions.

Congratulations on your decision to start or expand your family! I would like to invite both partners to be present during the initial intake if possible. This will allow the couple to have a better understanding of my role as your Fertility Massage Specialist.

Any information about your recent cycles including; Any Charts, FAM, BBT, CM, etc.
Intake
During the initial intake, we will discuss what a Fertility Massage Specialist is and does and answer ANY questions you and your partner have. I will take a history of your fertility and guide you through how to chart your cycles if you choose to start.
Treatment
Now Relax! When planning a pregnancy it is important to find strategies to de-stress, so please take this opportunity to do so. You will be in a very private, relaxing, and professional atmosphere with dim lighting and a warm massage table. I will be incorporating traditional massage modalities including swedish, shiatsu, reflexology and aromatherapy. Each client will receive an individualized treatment plan tailored to YOUR specific needs. After treatment, you should feel relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed.
Frequency of treatment
Fertility Massage is most successful when started right after menses and continued all the way up to ovulation. During this time period, it is advisable to be seen as many as 3-5 times a week until ovulation has occurred.
